Designing Career Paths for the future
In this roundtable call we looked at the practical and conceptual challenges of creating a meaningful Career Architecture. Ci’s 2011 research on ‘Career Resilience: building a change-ready workforce’ identified the provision of better information about career paths and options as a key area for development. However, the challenge of doing this in practice can be complex.
