innovation at work

On November 10th a group of experts and practitioners from organisations as diverse as BT, Oxfam and Jongleurs Comedy Club met in London.
Hosted by Tomorrow Project, Work Foundation and Ci, our focus was on incremental daily improvements that add up to real change.
Amongst the conclusions:
• Innovators need crystal-clear measures of success: ‘Will it make it go faster?’
• We need to define what’s not in scope (boundaries)
• We need less ego-fuelled innovation and more listening to the customer.
