With 18 years' experience of working in HR consulting, Hugh has a passion for adopting innovative approaches to working with tough HR issues.

After some years with a specialist career management firm, Hugh joined Coutts Career Consultants as part of their newly formed HR consulting team. Assuming responsibility for the consulting business in the newly merged RightCoutts Hugh led its diversification and growth into a successful multi-million pound talent management operation. Prior to joining Ci Hugh joined Hudson, a leading provider of permanent recruitment, contract professionals and talent management solutions worldwide, with a brief to grow and consolidate their UK & Ireland consulting business.

Hugh's consulting experience has been gained both in the UK and internationally and includes the design and implementation of talent management projects for large UK companies and government departments.
