Conversation Gap Diagnostic Survey

In Ci's Conversation Gap report, a disturbing 40% of employees said that they have an issue they want to raise with their manager. These employees said they were less satisfied, less engaged and three times more likely to be planning to leave the organisation. In response to this, Ci has developed the unique Conversation Gap Diagnostic Survey enabling organisations to evaluate the range and quality of dialogue between the organisation and its employees.
