Career Coaching

Ci has recently partnered with Creative Metier, a company which specialises in coaching for career development, to offer a package of one-to-one coaching support which builds on Ci's "CiZone" career tools. 

Ci's career coaching package typically comprises 5 coaching sessions, delivered face-to-face or virtually over a period of 6-8 weeks by one of Creative Metier's experienced coaches. It is built around the "CiZone" tools which will be used to provide a focus for the coaching sessions. Training can also be provided for internal career coaches in the tools and techniques of career coaching, and how to use on-line tools to support and enhance the coachee's experience.
 
One-to-one career coaching and support can accelerate development and enhance the career deal for a particular talent group, build new talent pipelines after reorganisation/change of direction in a company, or can be used to support key individuals moving to senior positions. Paying attention to career on an individual basis is a powerful way of building engagement and increasing retention, through helping the right people envisage a long-term future in the organisation.
