Innovation Events

Ci Innovation Events are characterised by an unusual combination of high-level thinking about organisation design and development, combined with detailed practical solutions and ideas for change.

We bring some of the best strategic minds (typically participants are senior business and HR leaders) around the table at the following regular occasions:

24-hour Think Tanks
Think Tanks look in detail at a particular topic (e.g. career systems as a strategic tool) or provide a snapshot of emerging trends. They are attended by key change agents from Partner companies and clients interested in a particular research topic or solution and include dinner and workshop sessions.

90-minute Virtual Roundtables
Roundtables take place when a Partner identifies an issue on which they need to ‘borrow hindsight’ from other leading companies. They are 90-minute highly interactive web/phone-based meetings, usually with a guest expert as 'provocateur'.  Participation is by invitation.

3-day Ci Forums
The Forums are an opportunity to bring together the key people from the Partner companies as a way of accelerating vital HR/OD projects. Participants are typically 50% line and 50% HR leaders. Ci Forums are 2-3 day events, held whenever we identify sufficient sponsorship and business priority.
