Jonathan Winter

Founder

In 1998 Jonathan founded the Career Innovation Group, responding to top employers' desire for more practical solutions to talent issues, and to the repeated frustration expressed by employees in surveys. He acts as a 'catalyst', bringing together the ideas and people needed to create innovative solutions.

Before Ci, Jonathan focused on research and writing for Whiteway Research International, the company he founded in 1993. His work on Employer Branding featured in national newspaper, radio or TV reports in the UK, France, Germany, Russia, Malaysia and the USA (Wall Street Journal). As co-author of 'Skills for Graduates in the 21st Century' and 'Riding the Wave - the New Global Career Culture', he has also spoken at conferences across Europe, United States and Australia on graduate skills and the future of work.

Jonathan says his work is 'not rocket science' - but 'just in case it is' he has a degree in aeronautical engineering.
