Prabhu Guptara

Honorary Chairman

Professor Prabhu S. Guptara is the Honorary Chairman of Career Innovation, acting as a thought-leader and building links with individuals and organisations around the world. His role in Ci is one of the external activities he undertakes as Director of Executive and Organisational Development for the Wolfsberg Executive Development Centre, a subsidiary of UBS AG.

Prabhu is a fellow of the Institute of Directors, of the Institute of Personnel and Development, of the Royal Commonwealth Society, as well as of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Commerce and Manufacturers (RSA). He has a wealth of experience with a range of organisations, including BP, Nokia, Barclays Bank and the UK Cabinet office.

He has contributed widely to radio and television in the UK and other countries, including The Money Programme and Any Questions. Publications include articles for the Financial Times, The Guardian, The Times and articles in the Gower Handbook of Management, The Gower Handbook of Quality, and the International Encyclopædia of Business & Management.
