David's role in Ci encompasses coaching, consulting and technology development. He was also Programme Manager for the 2003 Inspiring Change Programme, and was instrumental in shaping its original design.

Over the past few years David has designed career strategies and implemented interactive career websites on behalf of numerous global organisations. To complement these activities he has designed and delivered performance management systems, learning and development solutions, and competency frameworks.

David has also engaged in HR intranet implementation, induction programmes, coaching, and business simulation, focusing on the issues of virtual teamwork and cross-cultural awareness.
