Rosemary is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a passion for working with businesses and individuals to create positive career partnerships.
 
Before joining the Ci team, she was Director of Development Services with Coutts Consulting (now Right Management) where she spearheaded the design and growth of career development and consultancy services, achieving a significant and sustained revenue increase.

Recently she has worked with a leading international consulting practice to design a series of “virtual” on-line innovative career courses aimed at increasing employee engagement.

Other consulting experience includes the design and implementation of career development processes for a major international bank, which increased internal mobility and employee retention. She has consulted at Board level in a public service organisation in the design and cascade of a culture change initiative 'Future Positive' aimed at all 2,000 employees. In partnership with an international telecom business she worked with the design team to introduce an on-line career development resource for 1,800 users.

She is an experienced coach, assessor and facilitator in areas such a personal effectiveness, career change, team development, self-assessment, leadership of change and coaching skills.

An exponent of good practice, she has trained and coached consultants internationally, her role within Ci is to work with client companies to implement career development approaches that support employee engagement and talent management.
