women in business leadership

Prominent female leaders are emerging in the Middle East, and in India Infosys is asking whether women could be an answer to the talent crisis.
Yet too often, women still see the rewards of leadership as ‘pointless’ and ‘not worth it’. We need ‘Female Vision’, argue Helgesen & Johnson.
It’s complicated, as shown by this Harvard experiment which questions whether women are inherently more cooperative.
I think the answer lies in re-thinking our definitions of success, and the business practices that support this.
