David’s role in Ci encompasses consulting, technology development and programme / project management. He was also Programme Manager for the 2003 Inspiring Change Programme, and was instrumental in shaping its original design.
David has designed and delivered numerous employee engagement, performance management, talent management, career management and HR systems projects for some of the world’s best known companies. As well as being valued for his technical expertise, David’s reputation is built on delivering challenging projects with great reliability. Having a naturally collaborative style, David believes regular communication is the key to establishing the high levels of stakeholder trust that are essential for successful project delivery.
Having graduated as an engineer, David started his early working life as a Research Engineer, before joining the graduate development programme of the Xerox Corporation. These formative years in operational and managerial roles proved to be personally and professionally rewarding and provides David with an understanding of the real challenges faced by managers and employees in the business.
