David has worked in talent management, leadership development, and organisational change for over 30 years, and has held senior executive positions in the UK and US. He has particular expertise and interest in coaching leaders through career transitions, learning design, and strengths-based development.
David has extensive experience in the public and private sectors. His final corporate role was as Group Learning and Development Manager for RSA Insurance.
Since 2005 he has worked as an independent Learning & Development Consultant and Coach. His international consultancy work focuses on: leadership program design and facilitation for senior executives and high potentials; talent management; learning policy and strategy; change management; and performance and career coaching. In these roles he has consulted to clients in the retail, pharmaceutical, brewing, automobile, engineering, public health and professional services sectors. David has a US Green Card, and splits his time between the UK and US.
