Sharon is an experienced career development and talent management leader with 20 years’ experience spanning career development for individuals and organisations in global FTSE50 across developed and emerging markets. Most recent corporate roles include Global Head of Talent Management for SABMiller and Reed Elsevier (now RELX Group).
Sharon is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and has undertaken and published research in career change. Sharon’s particular areas of interest are helping people to achieve their potential, supporting individuals experiencing career transition and enabling organisations to maximise their talent.
Sharon works with organisations to help them to build career models and tools to maximise career development opportunities. She also provides career coaching to individuals to help them maximise their potential, navigate career transitions and ensure a fulfilling and rewarding career. She is passionate about career development and has researched and published in this area and spoken at various international conferences on this topic.

Sharon’s education includes: a Bachelor of Business (Organisational Behaviour), a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, a Masters in Occupational & Organisational Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching (in progress). She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, an Accredited CCS Career Coach, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and holds memberships with the Association for Coaching, Career Development Institute, the National Institute for Career Education and Counselling, the Health & Care Professionals Council and the Psychometrics Forum.
Her out-of-work interests include scuba diving, shark spotting, big cats and wildlife conservation.
