Careers drive adaptability
At a time of rapid change, career development has never been more important. Organisations need people who feel confident to adapt, learn and move. Employees need support to understand their strengths, identify opportunities, and build new skills.
That is what drives our work: helping employers create career cultures where adaptability and opportunity are at the forefront.
Building career confidence at scale

Our flagship programme, Be Bold in your career, helps employees navigate their careers, unlock their potential, and plan the development and reskilling experiences they need.
The next open Be Bold programme starts in September 2026.
