We pay a lot of attention to employee engagement while they are working with us.

But the (potential) employee experience starts before a person applies for a role, and doesn’t end when they become an alumnus.

We can make the start – and end – of a person’s time with our organisation more employee-friendly by offering more flexibility to new hires and maintaining goodwill when saying good-bye.
