For this roundtable we welcomed Lindsay Hickey, Head of Talent & Careers, and Puja Power, Head of Talent Acquisition at BSI, to explore how they’ve worked in partnership to impact internal career progression and change the perceptions of career opportunities across BSI.

Many organisations are adopting a skills-based approach, but how well set up is HR to achieve this? For this roundtable we welcomed Asi DeGani, Director Skills and Talent Development, LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) to explore the relevance of HR in the age of skills.

Lizzie Da Costa and Madi Clark at Anglo American explored how they've built career engagement whilst navigating business transformation and how they've led a strategic career approach that’s meaningful across the global business.

Organisations want to get their early careers offer right, responding to ambiguity in the future of work and jobs, and demographic changes, post the pandemic. A fresh approach is needed to grow and retain the talent of the future. This roundtable features an Early Careers Panel, peer discussion and employer case studies.
