For this roundtable we welcomed Beatriz Barranco and Elese Rodriguez, Global Talent and Learning, IQVIA to explore how the ‘Be Bold in your career’ experience has had a transformative impact, with proven outcomes aligned to strategic goals.

We were delighted to welcome Dan Smee, Senior Talent Manager at Lloyds Banking Group to explore how they’re engaging employees at all career stages, and building a culture of reflection, career growth and skill development.

For this roundtable we welcomed Lindsay Hickey, Head of Talent & Careers, and Puja Power, Head of Talent Acquisition at BSI, to explore how they’ve worked in partnership to impact internal career progression and change the perceptions of career opportunities across BSI.

For this roundtable we welcomed Rachel Foord, Organisational Psychologist and Learning and Career Development Consultant at The Career Innovation Company, to explore neuroinclusion and the employee lifecycle, the latest on career barriers and enablers, and a practical model for systemic support.

How can an organisation’s approach to sustainability positively impact on an employee’s values, sense of purpose, and career? For this roundtable we welcomed Natalie Ward-Smith, Global Careers Lead at Bupa to explore how sustainability reaches across and beyond the organisation, and impacts people’s experiences of work.

Many organisations are adopting a skills-based approach, but how well set up is HR to achieve this? For this roundtable we welcomed Asi DeGani, Director Skills and Talent Development, LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) to explore the relevance of HR in the age of skills.

How do you create the right conditions to activate a great career culture? This is a multi-dimensional challenge involving having a business-led career strategy, enabled by the right career resources, that engages employees and leaders at scale. In this roundtable Tom Hilpert, Senior Talent Strategy Specialist at BMW Group explored the creative ways they are activating a new career and development culture across the group, and what it takes to bring theory to life.
