Amy is an organisational psychologist with a PhD in Organisational Development and Leadership. She is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and certified in the Prosci Change Management Methodology (ADKAR).
She’s spent two decades working internally in a range of organisations – from high-growth start-ups to Fortune 150 multinationals – in sectors including higher education, biotechnology and tech.
Most recently, Amy was Vice President of Client Transformation Solutions at Fuel50, where she partnered with nearly 100 organisations, including Fortune 500 companies and global NGOs. She specialised in helping clients implement talent marketplaces and build skills-based cultures to create dynamic, future-ready environments.
Her work spans change management, communication, leadership and talent development, with a focus on leadership programmes for all levels – from high-potential individual contributors to senior executives. Based in the US, Amy represents The Career Innovation Company in North America.
