Dr Amy Centers – US Senior Consultant, The Career Innovation Company
Amy is an organizational psychologist with a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership. She is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and certified in the Prosci Change Management Methodology (ADKAR).
Amy has spent two decades working internally in a range of organisations – from high-growth start-ups to Fortune 150 multinationals – in sectors including higher education, biotechnology and tech.
Most recently, Amy was Vice President of Client Transformation Solutions at Fuel50, where she partnered with nearly 100 organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and global NGOs. She specialised in helping clients implement talent marketplaces and build skills-based cultures to create dynamic, future-ready environments.
Her work spans change management, communication, leadership and talent development, with a focus on leadership programmes for all levels – from high-potential individual contributors to senior executives.
Rosemary McLean – Director of The Career Innovation Company
Rosemary is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Registered Career Practitioner. As Director of The Career Innovation Company, she supports global organisations in developing coherent, business-led career development strategies that increase employee engagement and talent retention.
She believes that when individuals can find purpose and satisfaction in their work, they are much more likely to perform— and there is considerable research to support this. She has a passion for working with businesses and individuals to create positive career partnerships, where conversations are at the core.
A professional collaborator throughout her career, Rosemary is dedicated to raising the importance of career development for all, and has contributed to radio and television on career-related issues. Rosemary is a Fellow of the CIPD, The Career Development Institute and NICEC.
