Rosemary McLean


Rosemary is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, and a registered Career Development Practitioner. She has a passion for working with businesses and individuals to create positive career partnerships, where ‘conversations’ are at the core.

Before joining the Ci team, she was Director of Development Services with Coutts Consulting (now Right Management) where she spearheaded the design and growth of career management and consultancy services, achieving significant and sustained revenue increase. In addition she was part of a global team looking at innovative ways to refresh approaches to career transition services, and has been a champion for career management throughout her career.

Recently she has worked with a leading international consulting practice to design a series of innovative on-line career courses aimed at increasing employee engagement, and is part of the design and delivery team responsible for Ci’s next generation on-line careers platform. She is also an experienced coach, assessor and facilitator in areas such a personal effectiveness, career change, team development, self-assessment, leadership of change and coaching skills.

An exponent of good practice, Rosemary has trained and coached consultants and leaders internationally, and is a Council member of the newly formed Career Development Institute, previously she was a Board member of the Association of Career Practitioners International (UK) where she led on CPD and ran a series of successful professional development events. She is a fellow of NICEC (National Institute for Career Education and Counselling).
