About Ci events

Ci Innovation Events are characterised by an unusual combination of high-level thinking about organisation design and development, combined with detailed practical solutions and ideas for change.

We bring some of the best strategic minds (typically participants are senior business and HR leaders) around the table at the following regular occasions:

90-minute Virtual Roundtables

Roundtables take place when a Partner identifies an issue on which they need to ‘borrow hindsight’ from other leading companies. They are 90-minute highly interactive web/phone-based meetings, usually with a guest expert as ‘provocateur’. Participation is by invitation.
